The following rule 24 has been placed after rule 24 of the original regulation:-

“24. Employees in the Secretariat: (1) The rank, appointment, service conditions and facilities of the Secretariat employees will be as determined by the Committee.
(2) The committee shall obtain the consent of the Ministry of Finance while assigning the facility as per sub-rule (1).
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the Ministry of Finance may designate any employee of the said Ministry to carry out fund work.
